Everyone always comes out with sweat pouring off of the them. Good for you for giving them a try. I'm too chicken. I don't think I could hack it. It seemed tough just watching it and now that I know someone that did it, all I can say is WOW!! I remem...Strength training can be so ovrewhelming. I remember it took me a long time to incorporate it because I feared that i would gain weight - the whole "muscle weighs more than fat" thing. however once I did it I felt so much stronger, and on days where I did a half hour or more I sometimes even felt more accomplished than doing a long run.<br />It takes time to learn and know what's right for you. good for you for trying something new and you know what don't beat yourself up over it, everyone starts somewhere even the instructor that is teaching the class.<br />you are doing fantastic!Sylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08406188835168172211noreply@blogger.com
