For me this usually happens during a run, not after. To be kind of graphic ... running makes me poop (sorry if that's TMI). I've read that it might have something to do with the blood diverting from the GI tract. Check out this article .. http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-242-301--10005-0,00.html

Lately I've been pretty good, but I know when I run faster it seems to hit me more, and if I don't time things well. The other day I went for an early morning run, just jumped out of bed and left (thus not allowing enough time to 'get down to business') and I'd also eaten late and an inappropriate meal the night before. It was bound to get me. :)

I have some thoughts on your leg pain issue. You may need some physical therapy. I've found that if a couple days rest doesn't do it, that I have chronic tightness and the only solution for me has been some visits to a massage therapist. They can usually work out the bugs in 2-3 visits if you don't let it go too bad (which I've done a few times). If that's not an option then do as much stretching as possible. But, if it hurts that much for your husband to touch you, really consider the therapy.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14349360501591800990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5825642256924571041.post-6326244844239167322011-08-31T11:40:39.117-04:002011-08-31T11:40:39.117-04:00You guys have been through it!!
