Remember that you are doing this for your happiness and even when your emotions are high, and you want to scarf down some junk, if you dont, you will feel better about yourself for making the right choices.Triciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00590034817072072453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5825642256924571041.post-12649789791048362372010-03-17T20:19:37.891-04:002010-03-17T20:19:37.891-04:00Yeah for you for being on here! And I have to tell you(in case you havent read my posts) that it is pretty therapeutic. Yes, things and relationships change and we turn to comfort in food...to get that few minutes of pleasure when everything around us feels tough. But it has been only recently that I realized(I have had lots of realizations) that taking back control of my life is truly the best way to make things better. It will increase your self esteem, self image and energy. I am glad that you realize that you need "you" time and although it may be tough to get yourself to the gym, I bet the way you feel after you leave soon becomes great enough that you keep going. I am proud of you and I know you can do this. And we are here to "yell" at you if that is what you would like :) Another realization for me... I am doing this one meal at a time. I am no longer looking at the bigger picture but at what I will eat at my next meal. And that is much less overwhelming.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10263019567597636980noreply@blogger.com
