This is my journey to getting healthy! I have tried many weight loss programs over the last 15 years. After doing Medifast and getting a taste of being thin, I gained all the weight back plus more. Bariatric surgery was suggested, and after much research I had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in March, 2014. This is my journey!
